The Al Zorah Development Company is led by a team of passionate individuals who challenge conventional thinking.

The team refuses to compromise on value, style, or service, and each member brings extensive and mature expertise. Together we are working to develop high quality and professionally managed mixed-use communities.

The Company is directed and controlled by a seven-member board of directors who are responsible for establishing management policies and making decisions on major company issues.

NASSER CHAMMAA MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Nasser Chammaa is chairman and general manager of Solidere and chairman and chief executive officer of Solidere International.

George Saad Chief Executive Officer

Saad, with over 20 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates real estate market, will oversee the strategic development of Al Zorah. Saad holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Manchester Business School and has held several positions in the field, most recently the Commercial Director of Al Marjan Island.

IMAD DANA MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Imad Dana was the CEO from 2007 to 2022. Before joining Solidere International in 2006, Imad worked with Solidere Lebanon for over 12 years.

MOHAMMED BIN OMAIR AL MUHAIRI MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mohammed bin Omair Al Muhairi is chief executive officer of Engineering Affairs at the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in city planning from The Paris School of Architecture and an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton, UK, where he is currently working on the final phase of his PhD research.

MARWAN OBAID AL MUHAIRI MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Marwan Obaid Al Muhairi is director of the Project Management Office for Ajman Municipality and Planning Department and a member of the Permanent Economic Development Committee for the Government of Ajman. Previously, Marwan has worked as head of international relations and director of commercial and industrial affairs at Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

OUSSAMA KABBANI MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Oussama Kabbani is the Chief Operating Officer of Solidere International. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Solidere s.a.l. in Lebanon, and the Chairman and Partner of Millennium Development Holding, a leading development management firm in the Middle East.

ANTOINE ANDRAOS MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Antoine Andraos was previously a Member of the Lebanese Parliament and Senior Director at Oger-Saudi Oger, France. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Université St. Joseph, Lebanon and a master’s in Finance from Paris IV, France.
