Envisaged as the premier coastal living destination and a leading tourism destination, Al Zorah contributes to the further development of the UAE as the destination of choice in the region. 2014 was a milestone for the Al Zorah Development Company and the Emirate of Ajman as the first phase of Al Zorah broke ground.

Both the local and federal governments have contributed to upgrading the infrastructure around the site, including improved road access, making Al Zorah easily accessible from other emirates and the rest of the world.

The Government of Ajman has made Al Zorah a free zone and freehold area, in line with its objectives to spur growth, build confidence, and make the emirate more attractive to property development and investment opportunities. Al Zorah will attract real estate investment and create a large number of jobs in the emirate.
