Ajman, 24 May 2022: The Al Zorah Development Company, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International PLC, has unveiled plans for the development of 21 exclusive villas on Al Zorah’s beachfront in the Emirate of Ajman.

Designed with families in mind, the development comprises 21 private, ultra- luxurious villas with uninterrupted sea views, nestled within a secure, gated community.

Located at the heart of Al Zorah’s beachfront, adjacent to The Oberoi Beach Resort, the premium lifestyle and leisure community offers a limited number of 5,651 square feet luxury villas, spanning an area of 10.000 square feet.

Al Zorah Development Company, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International PLC, has selected The Oberoi Group to manage its new luxury beachfront resort.

The new hotel development will enable the expansion of the Al Zorah luxury hospitality experience. The new hotel will span approximately 828,767 square feet, with 174 luxurious guestrooms, and 28 one-bedroom private villas set at the pristine white sandy beach of Al Zorah.

Al Zorah Development Company announced today that the construction work has commenced at the luxury golf and leisure clubhouse in Al Zorah Golf Club, a project designed by ANNAKA. The distinguished architectural firm led by Architect Anabelle Kassar, presses on with its ambitious development plans to make Al Zorah Golf Club the premier tourist and golfing destination in the northern Emirates.

Set in a stunning natural landscape with flowing dunes and 1 million square meters of mangrove forest, when complete, Al Zorah Golf Club will boast a world-class Clubhouse to complement the existing 18-hole championship golf course, created by Nicklaus Design and operated by Troon under the Troon Golf brand.
