Road earth works in the Al Zorah City Centre and the Internal Parkway Road connecting the Al Zorah City Centre with Sheikh Zayed Road were completed in December 2009.
Paving of the internal Parkway Road was completed in March 2011.
Within the Al Zorah City Centre paving, & basic utilities are ongoing and scheduled for completion in December 2012.

Stage 1: Marine Work is comprised of 2 marinas, 3 revetments, and reclamation work and was completed mid October 2011. The basin areas of marina 1 & 2 are 13,700 sq m and 9,200 sq m respectively; 650 linear meters of environmentally sensitive revetments have been constructed along the Creek side of the Development, to protect reclaimed lands from flooding during extreme weather. Plantation of mangrove trees within the revetments is scheduled for early February 2012, extending the existing mangroves by an additional 16,000 sq m.

Stage 2: Work comprises of 2 interconnecting inland marinas, and 2 Creek side revetments. Inner and outer Marinas basins are 20,000 sq m and 18,850 sq m respectively. The Access channel is a gravity block wall, 115m in length and 13m wide.
Excavation work commenced early December 2011, with 85% now complete. Dewatering is underway with Concrete work scheduled to commence end January & completed August 2012.
